Retail customers, if you are unsatisfied with your cosmetic product purchase, please return any cosmetic items within 7 days from the day of delivery. If by chance you purchase a professional equipment or accessories, there is no return on equipment.
All returns must include a copy of your invoice and RAN (return authorization number) in order to qualify for a refund.
If we receive return package without invoice and RAN, Esprit Supply Inc will dispose of the package without consequence or explanation.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping charge unless it is the mistake of Esprit Supply inc.
For the professional and/or the wholesale customers, there are no returns available,on cosmetic products only exchanges with another products within 7 days from the day of delivery. .Return Shipping and exchange shipping cost will be the responsibility of the professional or the wholesale customer.
if for some reason, we agree on returning an equipment, there will be 30% restocking fee.
